For now, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50. Additional shipping rates are detailed in the table below. Delivery time is estimated time from shipment confirmation to delivery. We currently only ship within the U.S.

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes. If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us at info@toatyco.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Our customer service team is available Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm CST and Friday 9am-3pm CST, and we are closed on holidays.
If we receive your order during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST), we will start processing immediately.Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.We are working to expand our warehouse staff to process orders as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience!

If you have an issue with your shipment and/or believe it may be lost, the quickest and easiest way to resolve it is to reach out to the shipping company directly.
If you still can’t get resolution after contacting the shipping company, please email us at info@toatyco.com and we will get to work on a solution for you.
Our primary goal is to provide quality products that you will love to use for years to come while reducing consumer waste as much as possible. However, we understand that not everything goes as planned, so we are able to accept product returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
To start the return process, please email us and reference your order number.
Our products go through rigorous quality checks prior to shipment, but if you believe you have received a defective item, please email us as soon as possible at info@totayco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few clear photos. We reserve the right to deny defect claims for general wear and tear or claims made well after delivery of a product.
Toaty Co. shopping bags can be machine or hand-washed cold and line-dried.
The shopping bag outer case should be spot-cleaned with mild soap and water.
